• Payment-related information (if applicable): if you make rent or fee payments through a portal, payment details are generally processed by third-party payment processors. We typically do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, approximate location (derived from IP), referral URLs, pages visited, timestamps, and clickstream data

Consent is not a condition of purchase, leasing, or residency.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help and STOP to cancel.

We may use service providers (including Entrata and communications vendors) to deliver communications on our behalf. You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing messages may not stop transactional or operational communications (such as appointment confirmations or legally required notices), where permitted by law.
